Title: REALLY old High Elves
Post by: Duke Speedy of Leighton on 21 February 2025, 09:55:51 PM
1985 High Elf cavalry - Regiment of Renown - Elwing's Elven cavalry RR10
I bought four off my friend Luke in the 90s, and my painting was never as good as his, even now.
Heavy horse, big plumes, not pointy heads.

The whole unit (until I get the extra figures of teh musician and champion to finish it all off)

Found 6 extras, including Elwing himself for not ebay prices.

Yet, I cannot get her into focus at all.

To be honest , I only think of figures as being "OLD" if they date to pre 1980! ;D

Where on earth did you find the one I painted (mumble, mumble) decades ago, Will ?
I managed to fine ONE image of the one I (must have) painted back then, but it's not 'credited' to yours truly.

Try taking the shot from slightly further away, Will...It looks like the phone (?) is focusing on the background ?

Cheers, Phil.
