As it is 10 years since the "Bloody Big Battles!" ruleset was first published, I want to thank everyone whose support and encouragement, large or small, has helped to sustain and build the thriving community around BBB. That includes many members of this illustrious forum. Thank you all. (And I am proud that BBB has helped Pendraken to sell a few figures, too!)
I've penned a few reflective thoughts on the BBBBlog:

A set of rules I keep meaning to get but never quite get round to, Chris. I should do something about that!!
Anyway, congratulations on ten years of BBB, may they give joy to many for many years to come!
A cracking set of rules and can't believe it's been 10 years already!
Well done Chris and the BBB 'gang' =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>
Cheers, chaps - thanks again!
Chris
Congrats Chris!
Congratulations Chris:
* For providing the hobby with a well regarded set of rules.
* For maintaining support for a whole decade.
* For providing the questions to stimulate interesting discourse around the rules and history.
When is 2nd Ed coming out ? :D
Thanks, Leon, all. :)
Steve, I particularly appreciate your kind words.

* For not editioning us to death.
A curse on the YouTubers who regard rules as "Unsupported" unless new editions supersede the current ones on an annual basis.
Congratulations Chris. I will admit that I have purchased the rules and multiple supplements (European, India and Balkans).
In fact, I purchased them a second time after I forgot that I initially purchased them. Unfortunately, I have yet to play them. Not because I don't like them but I really need to paint up more 19th century figures.

Appreciated, thank you. I hope you'll both have fun with them.

There are lots of free scenarios in the io group files, some of which are pretty small and don't need too many figures. I'm thinking of Montebello (1859), Langensalza (1866), Velestino (1897), all of which are fun tactical puzzles and good 'training games' to learn the rules. And maybe I should send you Bruce McCallum's Isandlwana scenario, since you seem to have those armies already? (We ran it at Colours with 28mm figures last year.)
