I'm not new here but, I am a quasi-lurker. I try to post a bit here and there but, I am usually one who is poor with words. Today was kind of an important anniversary for me. It was my first wartime experiences and at the young age of 20. I made a post on one of my blogs to say a few words about it. Please stop by to read it if you like.

Hi Dave,
I've just joined the gang, "Come on in, the water's warm", just like the welcome. Thankfully, I've had no wartime experience, apart from seeing it second hand on the TV. But thanks go to everybody who do step forward and do their bit. Do state your views and contribute, because you do know what you are talking about, you were there.
