Title: Can the Undead army raise new troops?

I am getting ready to purchase Warband and am including an Undead army along with it. However, I would like to know if I need to purchase any additional blisters of troops to represent anything raised up by the necromancers.

Should I include this in my purchase?

If I'm not mistaken, Skeleton and zombie rising in the Undead Army is represented by the regeneration rule (Units recover Morale during game). There is no "new" units creation during the battle.
In my opinion, the Army Pack has enough for a basic army, but an additional blister or two will add some flavour and variety when building your army list.
