Title: Midway Carriers 2023
Post by: pierre the shy on 15 September 2023, 07:55:27 PM
A just released Youtube video from a current expedition to survey in detail the wrecks of some of the ships involved in the Battle of Midway in June 1942 using ROV's (Remotely Operated Vehicles).

Shows footage of IJN Akagi, Kaga and USS Yorktown.....Quite a atmospheric watch with the comments of the ROV operaters on the Nautilius and background music.

Those are excellent, having hand painted them once (badly), they really look amazing.
