Thought some might like to read the opening game of our Operation Sea Lion campaign using 10mm Pendraken Miniatures. A simple skirmish on the shores of Portsmouth. 😀

Looks like fun
A good start and the campaign can rumble on. Sealion seems a popular subject at the moment.
A perennial favourite to game for sure and nicely done too.
A very nice looking battle.
I'd question the wisdom of Portsmouth as a landing place.
But I think we can write that off as "Classic German intelligence"
"Herr Fuhrer! We have captured the entire Island".
"All of Britain, excellent! Congratulate the troops and prepare my Mercedes for the London victory Parade".
"No Herr Fuhrer, Portsea Island".

It was indeed, and has definitely motivated me to start painting up some additional German reinforcements for a second wave of invaders. ;)

Thanks very much. We were thinking of Africa or France. But in the end thought we'd go for something where we could throw all the Early War vehicles owned into the fray - I've even uncovered some Pendraken Policemen which I aim to use at some point. :D

Cheers Steve. Looking forward to the next one :)
