Impressive Aughrim setup using the LoA range, featured in WI this issue.

Thank you for posting this.

I remember the original article in WI and thought the game looked fantastic at the time.   However, the short vid is nothing short of inspirational and shows what can be achieved.   Superb figures, beautifully painted and with some excellent scenery.   Exceptional stuff.

I really hope to catch this at a show.

I too remember the original article, which I still have. Clib's sculpts look fantastic as always and really work well on the large bases. The only small gripe was that a few of the bases had warped, which would annoy the hell out of me, but then maybe I should get a life ;) .

Fantastic, thanks for sharing.

Finish one project before starting a new. Finish one project before starting a new. Finish one project before starting a new.

Hi.   I think there are two articles - the 'before' and 'after'.   Although the finished game will no doubt be featured in the current issue, the original planning article came out in issue 369 (July 2018).   Just stop the vid at about 55 seconds in.

Just shows how long these projects can take !   Well worth it in this case though.

I started a Williamite wars project in 28mm before downsizing in a move to Scotland last year and  the project is far from finished. I have been debating with myself what to do with the units I have painted and the mountain still to be done, given that I don't now have the space for 28s.

Seeing this superb collection is inspiring and I'm now thinking of starting again in 10mm. Coincidentally my original project was based on Aughrim, but on a vastly reduced scale.

I just need to hold my nerve and crack on with the Napoleonics before ordering from Pendraken.....but on the other hand a new period could prevent me getting bored painting French and Austrians 🤔

Thanks for highlighting this.

Looks great, I'll have to dig my armies out of the garage and use them again. I've been sinning in 28mm far too much recently
