So who is thinking about going to Salute this year? www.salute.co.uk (http://www.salute.co.uk)
Its a very nice figures and well painted (almost got a 'flat' like quality in that photo). I wont be going to Salute this year - i went last year and really enjoyed it but this year i've negotiated a day pass for the Toy Soldier show instead.
I understand. All a matter of brownie points eh :D The Mrs went on a trip to London this weekend, so I am allowed a day out to Salute this spring :)
I shall be going as usual :D
Better start planning my pendraken order.........
Yeah I have gathered a decent spending budget, selling some of the kids' favourite toys, the Delvaux handbags of the Mrs, two gold teeth and a kidney so I'll be ordering some goodies as well ;D

...selling a kidney...
I'll swop you it for a Nokia 3310, a roll of cellotape, and a calculator with no batteries...
Find the batteries & I can get you two... ;)

If I could find the batteries, I'd be able to add up the orders properly, make more money, and buy a limited edition kidney... :P
This is true...I can't compete with those limited edition ones :'(
:D
On the other hand, you run a lot more chance of getting kidnapped and drugged, only to wake up with your exclusive show-off kidney gone! Or so I hear from sources I am unacquainted with :D
Well, I have a ticket, so will be aiming to attend.
Fingers corssed enough of my last order will be painted for me to buy/pre-order the next project.
Spare a thought for all of us bods who have to work that Saturday :(

If we're not too busy running from game table to game table making pics, socializing, and paying attention not to forget our bags of goodies somewhere, we most certainly will! :D
