This is an old Hawk model, re-released by Testors (2003)Easybuilder kit of an ELCO PT boat No 8682001

Thanks Nobby, yes, that is one of the very early Hawk kits - now collectors item.
They are sold/kept in the box. The price and postage is way too rich. I want one to put on a game table
I am constructing a game around those old 1/200 figures I came across.
Have you looked into getting a 3d Print. There is an Italian MAS boat and a Fairmile "D" on Yeggi, and a few more types on STL finder.
Quite a few places will print the file for you.
