Title: Hello from West Yorkshire
Post by: WYorkIan79 on 02 February 2023, 03:14:18 PM
hello all

I'm Ian and I'm new to the forum but I've been wargaming for 31 years now, and I'm 43 now so a while lol.  Started out with Heroquest and GW stuff bur progressed into historicals too, dark ages and Arthurian age being my faves.  Looking forward to doing a MiniHammer project using Pendrakens fantasy line but using One Page Rules Fantasy Regiments instead of old Warhammer Fantasy Battles

Ey up, lad! Sithee, the 'ole forum's mad 'cept me an' thee .... an' ahm not too sure abaht thee! :D :D :D

Before you were born I spent four of my teenage years in Leeds or, more accurately in Horsforth.

I'll put in a plug for Pendraken's "Warband" rules as a possible alternative ruleset, if you are interested.

Welcome to the forum. Ask questions not permission. Pick the brains of a very friendly and knowledgeable bunch of forumites. Whatever you paint up, post pictures. We like pictures! :) Plagiarise good ideas with abandon. If someone posts something that could be an insult or a badly chosen joke it is almost invariably the latter here. Worry not, you will catch up with the in-jokes soon enough. Sometimes the forum can be a mite strange - don't worry, usually it's worse than that. :D
