Your title confused me - what on earth is a 'Ditch building'? "Maybe he meant 'Dutch'?" I'm thinking.

A very characterful piece of terrain
To be fair the terrain piece involves building a ditch above the level of the base but, yes, ditch digging is possibly clearer ..... just technically incorrect :)
