Title: Imperial Romans Project Reboot
Post by: Speirs101 on 19 November 2022, 07:00:29 PM
Couldn't post with the main thread as these are not Pendraken but Cromarty forge 3d prints using these for veteran legionnaires, (https://mountainoflead.files.wordpress.com/2022/11/20221119_122620.jpg?w=1024)

Looking good!

I like the variety in the front rank poses. I've no idea how realistic the sword over the top of the shield pose is but it certainly gives the impression of guys getting stuck in.

I do like how you've maxxed out the number of figures on the base, creating a proper close order look. Too many rules these days use so few figures to represent whole brigades/wings/divisions, it just look like a skirmish in a tea room.

Oooh, just looked at their website, very nice Britons and assorted tribes! What is the frontage in mm of the bases the close order troops come on?
