Available as a free download from the Perry site, Jervis Johnson, together with the Perry's, have put out a set of fast play rules intended for demo games at conventions.
I had a go yesterday with two brigades per side and really enjoyed them. There is a bit of a lengthy write-up over on the blog, that follows the course of my game, highlighting mechanics along the way.
Anyway, I enjoyed them and they will be making the table again.

Nice write-up, thanks for that.
Two things stand out to me: 1) It is a small font, and 2) No British army list? I'm appalled!
Off to check it out now Norm.
I've had a look ... very interesting ... thanks Norm & a great blog report BTW :D

There's really little variation across the 4 nations represented.
Here's how to make a British list.
1. Merge the French and Austrian lists.
2. Cross out the lancers.
3. Change name of Jagers to Riflemen.
4. Change the name of the first four chance cards to something British:
For example:
"God save the King."
"Now's the time Maitland!"
"Three rounds a minute, they won't stand."
"Enlisted for drink."
