I have just discovered by chance that I can download both 'Miniature Wargames' and 'Wargames Soldier and Strategy' e-magazines onto my computer (and tablet/Kindle Fire) for free as a member of my local library service (Libraries West, covering most counties in the west of England). Result! 8)
