You could start with a T-60 hull from the Soviet range

Or the SU-76, but the hull has been lengthened :-\

Or maybe the Type 1 Ho-Ni I, 75mm SPG from the Japanese range if you're not too picky :-B

Battlefield 3D do a nice R2 TACAM in 3d printed resin

if you ask he will do them in 1/160 scale.
