is the site. Found it as I ordered and received "David Rowland's The Stress of Battle: Quantifying Human Performance in Battle for Historical Analysis and Wargaming" edited by John Curry who runs the above referenced site.

There is a lot of good stuff on there, and he has some hard to find things too.
