All,
So yesterday I showed ya my dogfaces for North Africa, Sicily, and Italy. I hope you were sufficiently joyed and awed at the sight of them, and surely you found yourself wondering, just who might they be facing off against?

Well, I do have a few Germans for North Africa... I posted them here last year:

I have added to them a bit, and this is they, a three-battalion regiment of Fallschirmjaeger, ready to rock and roll in the dusty, arid environs of Tunisia, Sicily, and southern Italy. As with my British, Germans, and Americans, this regiment is built out in accordance with the tables of organization for Rapid Fire Reloaded.
Each battalion consists of a command stand, a 50mm mortar, five rifle stands, two machine gun stands, an 80mm mortar stand, and a 37mm PaK-36 anti-tank gun. My Afrika Korps force already has 50mm PaK-38 ATGs and 88mm Flak-36 dual-purpose guns, as well as various trucks, armored cars, and tanks, I can press into service in support of these German hunters from the sky. There is also a single forward observer stand (bottom right).
And Martin, please don't hate me/beat me up, these guys are anything but uniform, I went full 'band of gypsies' on them. Hardly befitting an elite fighting force, but I just couldn't help myself ;)

Some rifle stands.

So there's my FJ set to face off against my Yanks, need to get off my butt and finish up all my Western Desert stuff. But one more giant force to post up and show off, which I'll post tomorrow. I believe (hope) you'll be duly impressed ;)
V/R,
Jack

Blimey Jack you must be Phil Yates's (of Battlefront) best customer.
These FJ look the business too......I like the 37mm A/T guns with the "springgrenaden" or whatever they're called, looks a bit like a large wheeled PIAT ;)
As they say on those TV ads "But wait, there's more!!"
I'm wondering whats left to come......Japanese to oppose the Marines? Italians? Some Commonwealth/Polish battalions to throw the FJ out of Monte Cassino?
Yet more good stuff

There was at least one US customer of Battlefront who had a US Armoured Division basically at 1:1 :o
It featured in one of the supplements
Really good, Jack ! :-bd
Cheers - Phil. :)
Lots of impressively sized 15mm forces Jack! Great work.
Storage wise, looks like you need to invest is something more than cardboard boxes! I find with mini storage the key bit is using vertical space well, as with 10 and 15mm figures they don't take up much height compared with most storage solutions. I've lately been getting MDF trays to go inside Really Useful Boxes 4L and 9L boxes. These really increase the number of layers of troops you can get in a box.
Great work Jack and I always loved the Battlefront FJ figures.
Superb Jack
Thanks everyone, I appreciate the kind words of support.
Pierre - Yeah, I hadn't thought of that, Battlefront's greatest customer, but I suppose it's certainly possible at this point! And I love it, a wheeled PIAT! ;D ;D ;D
What's next? Yeah, still working on the Japanese, getting close, but I've got a good one for ya tonight ;)
Paul - That dude has definitely got me beat!
Fred - Yes, the big problem is the vertical, right? Everything is too deep, and thus takes up too much space. I'll have to see if I can find some of these 'really useful boxes,' my storage is really rather... amateurish ;)
Thanks again guys, I'm glad you like them.
V/R,
Jack
