What scale are they and what are they made of?
Cracking cheese(well shipping) Gromit.
A fascinating period in warship evolution. Very nicely painted! :-bd
Sorry, did you say *scratch built*?! Bloody hell, they're good :)
Is that harbour from Cruel Seas btw?
Stunning work Stu and great to see scratch building still happens in our hobby 8).
Those would be spectacular for commercial models! Scratch built ..... mind blown!
THey are really good.
Outstanding models.
Lovely work indeed. What scale are they? Larger than 1:1200 at a guess. Some rigging would be icing on the cake.

Much appreciated TP!! Thank you :) The harbour is an Amera vacuum formed piece which I've pimped up a bit, the buildings are resized 1880's/90's French paper models. they work well and add to the overall antique ambience ;D

Thank you Steve, I really enjoy doing these, they take a while to be sure, and I don't want to get onto the subject of French tumblehomes!!!!!! ;D

Ah ha, that was my other guess - I love their stuff but don't manage to do it justice like that :)

If you have the skill to scratch build stuff like that, I wouldn't bother with commercial models - you'd only be disappointed!
Excellent work! =D> :-bd

:D They are good, have bought quite a few bits from them over the years... A bit of roughing up and judicious pimping works wonders with 'em... ;D ;D
