A look at the new 12mm (1/144) World war II figures from Victrix, plus a couple of comparison shots with Pendraken 10mm range.

That's very useful Norm, thanks for sharing :).
A very interesting read Norm, WW2 is not my "thing" but enjoyed your review. :)
You can never have enough of those comparisons, thanks for the info!
Cheers,
Rob
I'll be sticking with 6, 10, 15 and 20mm for my stuf but the Victrix stuff looks good.
They do look good, and the big packs contain appropriate numbers of each type.
I'm not convinced I need figures of vehicles in anything like those multiples.
And there lies a great strength of Pendraken.
The other being their range of nationalities.
Noseying a bit deeper, Victrix may have missed a trick by not including more conversion options.
For example the Hanomag builds six of the vanilla version, where a couple of extras could have supplied optional builds for gun, radio, AAA, or mortar versions.
The plastic soldier company are very good at offering this sort of flexibility with their plastic armour.
I seems a reasonable expectation when the punter is buying batches of six (or four with PSC's 15mm).
Quite a lot of the PSC stuff comes with lost of extras like the 15mm Universals. Anyone want 106mm RCL's at cost of postage - got a shed load.
