Title: Hello from Falkenberg, Sweden
Post by: Oathman on 22 January 2011, 11:53:30 AM
Hi all

My name is Conny Edman and I live in Falkenberg on the west coast of Sweden. I work as a teatcher at day and turn in to a wargames noob by night. I have a simple rule that is that I must paint at least for 30 min a day. Otherwise my family and work and house would take all the time  >:(

I have been a wargamer for about 20 years now. Started in the dawn of age with Games Workshop games. In the begining I could not paint anything smaller than 25mm but after been lured in to DBA I began to paint some 15mm. I then left the 25mm to only paint 15mm in a lot of different eras. Then a year back I stumbled across Warmaster (again) and that was a fantastic rule system in my humble opinion. So now I almost only paint 10mm. I have looked for more 10mm so that I also could try some historical gaming in 10mm. I would like to try Arthurian, Franco-Prussian war and also a bit of WW2. So I have read a lot about BKC2 for my WW2 gaming and am thinking about buying it. Then I found Pendraken and with all the different miniatures for all different periods, all seems possible! :D

Well that is a short presentation about me and my wargaming.

Regards/
Conny Edman

Hi all

I have a simple rule that is that I must paint at least for 30 min a day.

Welcome to the forum!  I also try to paint every day, even if just 30 minutes.  I find it works well.
