I have a 3d model of a Marmon Herrington Mk II that I got from Thingiverse or 3dWargaming, if you're only after a couple and have a reliable 3d printer friend or company you could print off a few for a single campaign.

Pithead make one but I'm not sure Phil Ireson is taking on new customers at the moment. Producing miniatures is just a hobby for him and his main focus is on his Spithead naval models at the moment. No harm in asking though.
