Always browse through, and depending on what period you are playing and how much time i have available i read everything. Your www2 games for example are my cup of tea.

In an ideal world we have time to read it all, but life sometimes works against us!

I wonder if the windmill causes issues on a windy day. There are conspiracies stories about those windmill farms causing bird cancer which when dropping dead on the heads of troops in the heat of battle might generate a double 6 command roll!
That might explain the blunders Dave :D.
