How did you do the textured 'gold' edges on the flags?
Adding width=900 to the img tag limits the width of the image to 900 pixels making them easier to see

the texture exist on metal miniatures, I'm only painting et I'm cut away the Eagle from the miniature (there are french of 1870'war)

These look really nice! But I feel like adding one more highlight to the blue or red (a little bit more extreme highlight) would lift these up to another level!
