It depends on how hard Leon is flogging the casting Dwarves :)
Normally not 'ard enough :d
He cant whip 'em to hard.

Generally we're running at about 7-10 days at the moment. A few orders are taking a bit longer as we're getting low on resin, modelling sand and decal stocks but we're replenishing as fast as we can.
There may be some delays in communication over the next week or so though as we got the keys to our new house on Monday, so I've got a load of work to do over there before we can move in. I'm still keeping an eye on the emails but I might not be able to reply straightaway.

That's a very special moment getting the keys to your first house. Perhaps you should take a week or so off to get sorted.
Pleased to report my shipping notice arrived this morning in my inbox. Excellent service.

It was, it's been a long wait to get on the ladder so it's quite exciting. We're not doing too bad on the renovations so I don't think we'll need to shut down for a week, maybe just a day or two here and there. It's tricky these days with all of the staff now, as we need to make sure they've got stuff to do each shift. Which sounds weird as more staff should mean a shared workload!
Good luck with the move and exciting times for sure :).

Congratulations :-bd =D> :-bd =D> :-bd
Make sure you get all the work done or M'Lady will not be pleased :!!
I think M'lady might be a bit impatient and would rather ignore some of the jobs and just get moved in!
A few of the rooms need redecorating though so I'm on with that at the moment. New carpets and Ikea delivery are coming next week so that'll keep me busy for a few days.
We're discovering that the previous owners have 'bodged' quite a lot of the work they've done, so as we move things about we keep finding more little jobs that need to be done. As an example, every single stair on the staircase has got a 20mm slab of plywood glued, screwed and sealed onto the back board, shortening the depth of each stair tread. We think they've done it to remove the lip/overhang of each tread and make it easier to fit the carpets themselves?
No idea on the stair carpets, Leon....... but each time we've moved, we've always found bodged jobs....I think that's pretty common.
I think we're ALL really pleased for you, regarding the new home ! :)
Cheers - Phil

Something like that! Today we discovered that they've taken two spurs from one kitchen plug socket and added two new double sockets, but then hidden both new sockets behind the cupboards where they can't be accessed. And then another spur + socket on the other side which they've also blocked completely with a cupboard unit. It's crackers.
The stairs are fixed now though, all of the weird back boards have come off and opened up the treads to the correct depth again. Time to put my electrician hat on next...

Very good Ian ;D. Electrics, gas and plumbing I leave to those in the know!
Under the wall cupboards in the kitchen, we've got three mini 'tube' lights.
They appear to be wired in...But we've never found the on/off switch for them, in fifteen years. :(
Cheers - Phil
Phil, take the bulb out and put a metal handeled screw driver into the socket, that'll tell you if they are wired up.

I'm sure it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I had some of those, the coil of wires was taking up a fair amount of space in the cabinet so thought I'd cut them back and cap.
Thought I'd turned off the most likely switches at the box, but rubber glove and rubber coated wire clippers just in case and right enough, clamped it down and BANG. No idea what the last guy had wired to.

Six years later we're still finding odd things the last owner did. He tried to do a lot of stuff himself and just didn't do a very clean job of it. Spent most of last weekend in the roof space and bathroom rewiring the lights and fan he'd made a mess of which we realised when we went to put a new light up...

'Knowing' how the chap that did a load of work to Techno Towers 18 + years ago....He's probably 'teed' things.
I'd never be surprised, if somehow the extractor fan over the hob, or something else, (The fridge, or washing machine sockets) acts as a breaker/'starter.'
Can't be bothered to investigate it anymore. Life's too short. ;)

I seem to have spent the last month going,"I can't believe I'm 67!" Fortunately all the responses have been a variant of ,"You never are! You don't look anything like that!"
Flattery will get you anywhere :)
Is there a quite "look more like 97"? O:-)

Got an Amazon delivery a week or so ago. Several individual packages. The young lady delivering them commented on the number of packages asked if it was my birthday.
I said that my birthday had been a couple of weeks before.
She wished me Happy Birthday and asked if it had been a significant number, to which I replied that it had been my 67th.
She laughed, then said,"What? Seriously?"
I assured her I was serious and she made a show of peering behind me before saying,"OK. Ground floor flat. No attic. Where do you keep the painting?" :)

I got called "Young man," by one of the staff in Tesco's yesterday. ;D
I asked him when he'd last been to the opticians.
Cheers - Someone who feels 20 years older than he really is. ;)

Okay, I'm impressed that she said that. Kudos to her.
Last year a new checkout person at the local Supermarket asked a customer for ID to confirm her age and called over the supervisor to check the ID
The supervisor apologised to customer and explained to the new person that you only had to check ID if there was any doubt about age
The customer, a women in her 80s, responded that there was no need to apologise and being asked for ID had "made her day" ;D
