Nice game Steve, some comments bout artillery added to your blog.
Thanks Norm and you comments appreciated as always :).
Commiserations, Steve. Poor dice rolling happens to us all at some point (Bad Powder instead of Black Powder?).
The name of your fight also reminded me of one of my first ACW games using Featherstone rules and Airfix figures. We also called it Telegraph Hill but that was because the actual hill was a telephone book! :D
:-bd =D> :-bd
Hopefully you'll find someone with strong enough maths and knowledge of the rules to answer if -1 to hit or 3 Stamina is better or not
Very good (as usual), Steve ! :-bd
Cheers - Phil
I am enjoying this sequence of games and your blog. Great stuff.
Thanks again chaps :). Always nice to know people actually read the AAR's and enjoy what's going on.
There are times when the Gods of Dice don't roll on your side. We really need to find some ice cream markers for those Whippy moments.
They're on my list of things to make Dave :D.
I think we need one of these for Wednesday nights https://www.hancocks.co.uk/soft-serve-ice-cream-machine-bundle?msclkid=846e8f66f20d12193f87d1147d41c02b&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=TX%20-%20Machines%20%26%20Stands&utm_term=%2Bice%20%2Bcream%20%2Bmachines&utm_content=Ice%20Cream%20Machine (https://www.hancocks.co.uk/soft-serve-ice-cream-machine-bundle?msclkid=846e8f66f20d12193f87d1147d41c02b&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=TX%20-%20Machines%20%26%20Stands&utm_term=%2Bice%20%2Bcream%20%2Bmachines&utm_content=Ice%20Cream%20Machine)
Funnily enough I've worked on something similar, but sad to say slightly outside my budget...
