After many years of not playing, we broke out X-Wing (1st Edition) and had a hilarious game tonight!

Nice game! Had a game of x wing myself over the holidays, still a great system!

As you, i still play 1st edition, and really don't see the need to upgrade. I only play with original ships though, so all from the first waves. Not so much power creep there!

Good looking game, sounds like much fun was had!

I got a cheap 1st Edition starter set for Christmas from stevescollectableslimited on EBay. So far, I'm managing a 50% success rate :)

To date, I'm avoiding the temptation to add more ships, though six quid plus postage for the smaller fighters is a lure.
