Title: LAN2 for "german" Halberdiers ?
Post by: ronan on 19 December 2019, 05:38:56 PM
Hello

I've discovered the rules "Liber Militum: Tercios " ( and the free version  "Brevis editio tercios" )
.. and now... i'm checking to buy armies :)

What should I use for "German protestant" halberdiers ? ( what do you use ?)

In other words, should the Landsknechts with halberds 'Lan2' will be OK with the TYW and ECW minis ?
Do you have any pic, please ?

Thank you guys !

I've got these figures, but can't find a photo to hand. They are a basic static standing pose with the halberdier to the right, with the butt resting on the ground, could be a guard. They are a full on Landskenckt with slashed clothing and a fancy hat - not sure they would fit stylistically with TYW or ECW figures.

Not sure what would work better, there are billmen in the early 16th English / Scots range, and Halberdiers in the Polish range.
