Three volumes? My hard copy version has two volumes: one for 1941 (and 1940) and one for 1942 (and 1943 up to Tripoli). Is there a third volume I am missing?

Looks as if they cut it a different way in the three volumes: done according to the commander rather than the calendar.

The planned third volume of Barrie Pitt's book never emerged, the 3 volumes in paperback were the two hardbacks put into a different format and three volumes.
