No.  ;D  I know what he means though. It really annoys me when you fork out a hefty amount for Rules and first thing you've got to do is start writing up all the errata & clarifications in your brand new rules book. In addition, I still have an old boardgames mag (The Phoenix) that talks about the sheer unwieldy size of the North Africa game he mentions, even back then.
