Best thread on TMP for a while: http://theminiaturespage.com/news/780025/ (http://theminiaturespage.com/news/780025/) and the comments are worth a read as well.
:D
I've no idea on the background to it?
Funny stuff, I think I broadly know the background to this one but don't wish to repeat it as I don't wish (indeed) to be sued (indeed) by a "practasing solicitor of law", even one with a yahoo email address.
Just as a bit of trivia it's an offence under section 22 of the 1974 solicitors act to misrepresent yourself as a solicitor, up to two years in the clink.
Thanks, I missed that somehow.
What a tit ;D
Just goes to prove how inefficient our education system is. This chap probably passed with the highest honours. :P
As an esrtwhile lawyer I can't begin to tell you just how funny this is. :D
It aint that funny when you know what is going on though. Genuine it isnt. ;D

This reinforces my belief that if one is purchasing unpainted lead they should either:
1. purchase directly from the manufacturer
2. purchase from an established retailer
3. purchase only if the items are in their original packaging

EEEEEK dont say that I am just about to try and sell my 28mm celts on Ebay, then probably my gladiators, and anything else I can find that I need to get rid of
Seems like this chap is a cad and a bounder of the worst sort.
May he receive what he gives tenfold.
If nothing else we are well-warned to avoid dealings with this rum cove.
