Title: Lidl Airfix kits
Post by: Steve J on 19 November 2018, 11:09:39 AM
Lidll currently have a range of Airfix kits for £4.99. These include:

1/400 Mary Rose,
1/72 Focke-Wulf
1/75 Mitsubishi Zero Zen
1/72 Spitfire
1/72 Hawk Trainer

I think they might also have some 1/72 tanks, but didn't see any in my local store.  All kits come with a small tube of glue, a brush and some little pots of paint. I bought the Mary Rose for some 16th/17th Century action, but mainly as a back ground piece in a harbour etc.

1/75 Mitsubishi Zero Zen
Is that a misprint or have they gone a bit odd with their scales?

Never changed a nappy when dressed for work then, I guess :)

Some organisations these days have really strict toilet break policies.  :(

I notice that from 9th Dec they have a "wood burning tool" for £7.99. Might be useful. I have been known to use a sewing needle inserted into a cork and heated with a candle.

I may even send one to Techno, so we can get a different class of injury.

I'd hardly count as dressed for work if I were changing my own nappy!

What I do at the weekend, however, is my own affair :P

You make it sound like it would be fine if someone else did it...

When I embark on an affair, I usually have more exciting possibilities in mind. Mais chacun a son gout.
