Ok trying flickr now. Created an album, but cannot for the life of me work out how to post a picture from there to here. As per usual there are no instructions, one is supposed to be born with this knowledge already implanted. No wonder computer education is so poor with this assumption running rife. Any help out there, please.

On flickr

Click on a photo
at the bottom there is a "share" icon - looks like an arrow going up and to the right
Click on the "embed" icon and copy that. It gves you something awful like this:

The bit you want is the bit after "img src=", so cut out everything else

Add the img bits that the forum needs and voila ..
