One thing that's always puzzled me about current structure:

A section is still eight troops, yes?

But a Warrior can only fit seven (plus crew)?

So, how does that work, eh?

The section commander remains in the Warrior as the vehicle commander. They often refer to the Warrior as the "8th man".

Curious that the site is official but still refers to the TA, and not the reserves?

That page is dated to 2011 - they still the TA then, pre-Fox's fiddling to make them replace the actual regulars on the cheap for active deployment.
