Title: Free Photo hosting Site?
Post by: T13A on 19 November 2017, 03:06:13 PM
Hi

There was a discussion sometime back about free photo hosting sites to use now that Photobucket charges. Unfortunately I cannot find the original thread. Grateful for any advice on a good site to use for hosting photos that I can then download onto the Pendraken forum.

Hope that makes sense.

Cheers Paul

Just use a blogging site.

Photos and text together, grouped by posting.

I use Blogger.

I now use tinypics,  which is similar to the way I used to post from Photobucket. Adverts are a tad annoying though.

I second Imgur

You can also get the smartphone app for it and upload pictures straight from you phone.

Also, Imgur makes it easy and provides you with the BB code so you can copy and paste the image straight across to your post.

But it would appear that they were all over the problem 'toot sweet'.....unlike a number of bigger firms who keep that sort of thing as quiet as possible.

Anyway.... Good find, Paul.
