Hello
I wasn't really sure on where to put this so I decided to plonk the topic here.
It's been a while since I last pushed putty in anger (the Landsknechts came out in 2009) so I decided to see if I still could do it. Mind you the optivisor now is more a necessity rather than occasional aid. :D.
Anyway I was thinking about some fantasy armies and I thought I'd have a try at female Indo-Persian type guard that I could use for both Araby/Kingdoms of Ind type army. I've left the left hand free and done about 5 separate shields so that I can mix them up a bit. Pictures below (with some Pendraken Dragonmen for scale purposes):-

The woman is not as buxom as the picture suggests :P. Now to see if I can whip myself into a frenzy of activity to finish command figures and (shudder) a half completed horse :D.
Cheers

Top Job. I used an Opti-Visor for the first time yesterday, I am impressed.
Great work Grumpy.
Lovely work.
Excellent work, particularly bearing in mind the size of the mini.
If this ever became available, I would certainly buy some (my
mate is lucky enough to own an original Warmaster Araby army
and this would make either a lovely unit or addition to a character
base).
Great stuff. Please tell me that this will be available to buy !!

For
Those thinking about an optivisor - Lidl currently have a desktop "knitting magnifier" with integrated leds for six quid. Not quite so handy but useful on a desk!
Hi All
Thanks for the kind words, sorry for not responding up till now but I've bee caught in a maelstrom of ferrying people for doctors appointments, blood tests, getting the car in for a service and replacing a shower arm =) =). People told me I'd be busier than ever after I retired and I laughed at them :-[ :-[.
Selling them, I hadn't thought about it, I was going to check whatever RTV silicone I had lying around and do some drop casts.
If the rest turn out ok, I have a long term relationship with Nic from Eureka so I'll offer them to him.
Back to doing the horses eyes for a third time (sigh, horses are almost as hard as wheels and straight edges!!!)
Cheers
