The latest red head looks remarkably like a university mate of mine from back in the 70s - apart from the bosomoids of course.
I paint a brilliant version of camouflage on that model's trousers and all you have to say about it is those hefty chesticles!?! ;) ;) :P

[If its any help: to reply to the other post, you have to delete the two apostrophes in the "Subject:" line of the comment. But I'll add the newer images here for sake of ease]
Is this the bit where we all get into the shower with a pint of beer in our hands and sing lewd rugby-club songs in unsuccessful three-and-a-half-part harmony?

The camouflage is so authentic and well rendered that the legs are impossible to comment on ;)
Songs of praise. All together now, 2... 3... 4...
"You can keep your Army khaki,
You can keep your Navy blue.
I have the world's best fighting man,
To introduce to you.
His uniform is different,
The best you've ever seen.
The German's called him "Devil Dog,"
His real name is "Marine"
He was born on Parris Island,
The place where God forgot.
The sand is eighteen inches deep,
The sun is blazing hot.
He gets up every morning,
Before the rising sun.
He'll run a hundred miles and more,
Before the day is done.
He's deadly with a rifle,
A bayonet made of steel.
He took the warrior's calling card,
He's mastered how to kill.
And when he gets to heaven,
St. Peter he will tell,
Another Marine reporting, sir,
I've served my time in Hell.
So listen, all you young girls,
To what I have to say:
Go find yourself a young Marine,
To love you every day.
He'll hug you and he'll kiss you,
And treat you like a queen.
There is no better Fighting Man:
The United States Marine! "
[then starts the huge debate on who else is better ;D]

Keeping rhythm is the tricky bit when attempting to pull off harmony in a shower. I believe the presence of a countertenor (or castrato) to fill in as necessary can significantly improve results.
Pobl y Cwm!
Meirion
.......and of course the answer is the Royal Marines!
Although the apostrophes have gone from the original thread, they still appear in the post reply header, and thus the post still won't travel. However, yes, the camo is superbly painted.
no worries Leman. I was just pulling your leg :)
if you hadn't posted this topic I'd not have realised that something was wrong over there, and then been disappointed that nobody'd been stroking my ego with their praise 8->
The camo' IS excellent. :-bd
Great work, Roy.
Cheers - Phil.
Just finished painting this so it can be used on the Colonel Bill's show display for Edinburgh show.
Be useful for an Empire greatsword character, or rpg adventurer, I reckon

Not everyday you get to paint such an interesting set of colours! ;D
Superb, Roy.
I really like that one.....Excellent work on those stripes.
Cheers - Phil

That is really rather good work Roy.
Thank you. I certainly had some fun with it :)
Hoping to soon begin work on my 10mm WW2 that arrived in the post, yesterday, from Leon. Least then I can post something that actually is Pendraken ;D
