Very nice. New blog to follow too. :)
Good one
Steve,
That was a fun and interestingly conceived game. Enjoyed going through your OoB's. Applaud the substantial use of milita and volunteers.
Particularly enjoyed your comments on the Lifeguard Cavalry. :)
Great report! Bit good on the description of the yeomanry too! ;D
Glad you enjoyed it chaps :). The credit for the unit descriptions lies squarely with Dave Fielder, which he often includes in our games. These I liked so much I left them in :D.
Nicely done!
Chris

For those who have not seen the PP forum, Lurkio is producing 15mm 1880s/90s British in home service uniform at some point. I would love to see some in 10mm with the British version of the spiked helmet, although I still think the Crimean guards infantry and line infantry in jacket and pork pie hat are useable, plus the Canadian militia cavalry in pork pie. A mix of FPW and WWI French and Prussians/Germans would make suitable opponents.
Very good. Although Box Hill looks a lot smaller than I remember it ;)
Cheers
Ian
Who are these 6mm nutters? :-
