Title: Soviet airborne kit
Post by: Sunray on 03 February 2017, 12:56:40 AM
First, this is not a formal request for a model - more a fishing trip regarding future plans :-

If 10m Cold War gaming is to follow the pattern of 20mm and 15mm (and it usually does) - The demand will be for a Soviet Airborne battle group. The game will revolve around them doing what airborne do.  A capture and hold of a feature (town, bridge, airport etc)

Is there any plans for airborne kit such as the ASU-57 and ASU-85?

Clearly a marketing decision.  In design terms the 57 is not much bigger than a Brengun carrier and the 85 shares a lot of chassis body parts with the PT76.  ;)
