Sorry to hear you have had a problem with them. They have painted thousands of Pendraken and AIM 10mm figures for me (FPW, APW, ECW) to a superb standard at a very reasonable price. As to handling, my experience has been rather the opposite. - with each figure individually bubble wrapped it took ages to unpack everything.
