Title: Ferrets released!
Post by: Leon on 27 December 2016, 11:25:07 PM
We moulded these earlier this month but didn't get chance to release them, so we've squeezed them in before the end of the year!  We've got 4 different types of Ferret here, suitable for a variety of conflicts from the 50's onwards.  There are a huge number of these still in service from Abu Dhabi to Zambia.

Modern
Vehicles - http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Post-War-Modern-c20/Modern-Vehicles-sc303/ (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Post-War-Modern-c20/Modern-Vehicles-sc303/)
MDV34    Ferret Mk 1, open top with MG    £2.80
MDV35    Ferret Mk 1/2, with closed turret    £2.80
MDV36    Ferret Mk 2/3, with .30 cal MG turret   £2.80
MDV37    Ferret Mk 2/6 'Vigilant', with guided missiles    £2.80
MDV38    Ferret stowage frames (3)    £1.65

Dang! Thought they were being added to the "Zoo"!

Still, this should make a lot of the post-musket people happy!

Pendraken's scope is amazing.

That ferret stowage does look like something you could keep furry animals in.

Very useful AFV.  Its low silhouette and nippy mobility made it a difficult target which should be reflected in the CWC rules.  By the 1970s Ferrets composed the Reccy platoon of most Infantry Batts - along with a Rovers mounting GPMGs

I have given my Pink Panther a regular beret crew to reflect this.

Yes, the MDV 36 will be in my next order.  I predict this will be a best seller.

But you can't have AVFs without the bloody infantry. And the infantry already exists in the Falklands Range- therefore we will have a Cold War 1960s-80 BOAR and this will stimulate demand for Warsaw Pack forces from the same era.
So, a rise in sales of Falklands British and a growing demand for 1970s era Soviet/Warsaw Pack (East Germans) ?
