Title: Colonial British cavalry with sabre
Post by: alanl on 26 December 2016, 08:33:02 PM
Looking suggestions for cavalry wearing pith helmet, armed with sabre: I can only see figures with a lance.

Would need these for Zulu, Second Afghan and Boer Wars where regular British cavalry such as dragoons and hussars all appeared.  The closest I can see are Natal cavalry for the Zulu War, but these appear to be carrying a carbine, rather than a sabre.

Hello a_l

This post recommends WW1 ME6 from the middle east range http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,2149.msg17899.html#msg17899 (http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,2149.msg17899.html#msg17899). Just remember to ask for the old cavalry.

Cheers

The Light Horse Brigade here http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,10663.msg195788.html#msg195788 (http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,10663.msg195788.html#msg195788) includes several WW1 ME6 Imperial cavalry to add variety to the ME5 Australian cavalry.
