Title: Seasonal Miniatures
Post by: Roy on 26 December 2016, 01:20:12 PM
Santa Claus

Frosty the Snowman

Santa, but only from the waist up so he looks like he's squeezing down a chimney

Christmas Tree

the requirement that all 10mm games shown on this forum during future Decembers feature 3 of the above (in other words, only one Santa!)

Other possibilities:-

- Zombie Santa

- Off duty soldiers making a snowman / having a snowball fight

- soldier and female (nurse?) kissing under the mistletoe [or two blokes / birds, I'm not discriminating]

- drunken chap / soldier well into the festive cheer

- Santa Claus and sleigh / reindeer as a special character for Warband!

probably others can think of more suggestions

Revolting Elves who are sick of that evil tw*t Santa exploiting them. Infantry armed with hockey sticks, cricket bats, etc. The Elf cavalry would be mounted on reindeer, 'cos Rudolf and the boys are p*ssed off with Satan, errm Santa, as well. Artillery is some sort of catapult present launcher. Obviously  :D

Fast pursuit reindeer armed with sidewinders.
Mrs. Claus putting a bandage on Santa's head.
Dwarves wearing tool belts and plump pudding helmets and armed with pikes (fish).
Santa, rampant, with a Field Marshal's baton.

How about a Warband Army based on

Carol Singers instead of magic users, a Present Lobber catapult, Christmas trees and a snow cannon!

Ooh, like that suggestion.

Made me think of animated presents - a mix of Disney's Fantasia's Sorcerer's Apprentice, where the household cleaning objects come to life and do their jobs, and the walking ribbon wrapped boxes in Lilly Allen's Fear music video
