Title: German Mortars and other questions (for BCK)

Hi,

Im finaly getting my order together for my BKC armies :)

From what i have read ill be basing support weapons on 25mmx25mm bases.  Will these be big enough to fit the 8cm and 12cm Mortars and crew on?

If anyone has pics of them painted that would be fantastic.

Also silly question, the pak 40 is listed as Pak40 with crew (2).  Is that 2 pak 40s and crew or 1 with a crew of 2?

You get 2 x Pak40's with crew in a pack.  I'm not sure on the base size, I would have thought so.

dont even think of putting the Pak 40s on a 25 x 25 base, not unless you want a lot of barrel overhang (and subsequent breakage) that gun assembled is about 40mm long. My mortars were based for BKC1, 50 x 25mm with 2 mortars and crew, so you'll be fine with 1 on an inch square base.

The pak 40s will be going on a different base :)

Agreed 25x25mm would work for the 8cm Mortar, mine went on 1.1/8 x 7/8" (28x22mm approx) just fine with 3 crew. Not sure about the 12cm though as not got any.
