Title: Miniwings will release a plastic Cessna Birddog
Post by: GrumpyOldMan on 16 September 2016, 01:30:22 AM
Hi

Just a quick note to the modern-ish gamers that Miniwings will be releasing a plastic Birddog.

Notable for the fact that Miniwings are now producing plastic rather than resin kits.

Cheers

It will do well.  I have argued there is a market for light liaison/COIN type aircraft that has not yet been met.  If you play BKC/CWC rules you don't need air combat types- just the sort you find in the battleground when air superiority has been established.

Small jet trainers upgraded to COIN like BAC Strikemaster or the T33 in Latin American conflicts get a lot of airtime over my table.
