I sent an order using the 'Contact us' button on the main sight home page on Sunday I think it was. Normally I'd have got a confirmation by now but nothings come through. Baring in mind the problems I've had before trying to send orders using the e-mail I'm wondering if the order ever actually got through to you.

Hi Dave, we've not had anything through again, apologies for that. Out of curiosity, which browser do you use? We've not had any other messages going missing, so I'm wondering if there's something clashing and causing the issue?
