I'm due to go on the family holiday late July and after some advice from esteemed forumites.....
I often take away easy reads. Last year it was Commando Comic Collections, but this year I thought I might take some more educational reading.
The AWI and French Indian Wars have really captured my imagination since the release of SP2 and although I have a few uniform reference books I dont have any reading material relevant to the period.
Can anyone suggest recommended reads about the two wars? Preferably free or cheap kindle editions if at all possible ;)
Fusiliers by Mark Urban is a must. £2.84 on kindle. :-bd

Agreed - both of these :)
Fusiliers in hardback for £2.80 or so as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/0571224881/ref=sr_1_1_twi_pap_1_olp?ie=UTF8&qid=1467758550&sr=8-1&keywords=fusiliers
This is nice too (I've got a load of Cassell's on my bookshelf - good overview & nice pics): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/0571224881/ref=sr_1_1_twi_pap_1_olp?ie=UTF8&qid=1467758550&sr=8-1&keywords=fusiliers
And, again, secondhand for £2.80 including postage form Amazon works everytime for me, especially for a hardback!
