The stone walls we released earlier this year have gone down a storm, selling almost faster than we can restock them. As a result we're expanding our resin ranges with these new hedge sections!
As with the walls, these come in packs of 4, with straights, curves, corners and field entrances. Each pack contains a couple of slightly different types as well so that you've got some variation when building your hedge lines. Each section is 80mm long (corners are 40mm in each direction) so each pack provides over 1ft of wall for a bargain £3! The hedges themselves vary between 10mm-12mm in height along their length.
These can be found in the 'Walls & Hedges' section of our website: http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Resin-Scenics-and-Trees-c25/Walls-Hedges-sc338/ (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Resin-Scenics-and-Trees-c25/Walls-Hedges-sc338/)

We hope you like them!
Once again, these are the handiwork of John Lowen at Ironclad Miniatures (http://www.ironcladminiatures.co.uk/) and we've got him busy on lots more goodies to come soon!

These are very nice but the notice is buried on the second page of the sub-forum. You either have to make all posts here stickies or none so that any news is not buried :).
Cheers

Very nice those!
Would the next in line be the less tidy Sangars by any chance? ;) :D
Tempting. May have to consider a few.
:-bd
Cheers - Phil.
Top idea
They do look good.
Very nice.
They will be on the shopping list come Pendraken ordering day!
Without "beating around the bush" I have to say that these are very nice. Not sure what I need to buy next but I might have to "Hedge" my bets and split the order unless I can get access to a "Hedge fund"
:)
:o :-\ :o ;D :'(
=)
Yes, I will definitely need some of those to populate my table.
Next up, Bocage...
Very nice :-bd
Any chance of some isolated clumps and bushes? :-\
Cheers!

Next in the queue will be some urban style walls, in both short and tall variations, then bocage a bit further down the line I think.

I'll ask about that, it could be a nice little option.
I like walls for a bit of urban fighting when doing the up close and personal stuff - FOB2, when four bases become a company rather than a battalion.
Had a play with the hedges today, after I had sprayed them black. The curved sections look like they will be very useful. The sections butt up nicely against each other to make T junctions or corners, which is good.
Some half lengths would probably be very useful to help join irregular shapes up, connect to buildings or to just leave gaps for entrances.
great stuff - take plenty to Border Reiver show please ;)

Will do! We've sold out of all the stock so far so there's a chunky box of stock arriving with us on Monday hopefully.

Not currently, we're wanting to work on some of the more generic wall/hedge types first. For zareba, could small clumps of lichen be used?

That's what I've used in the past, but they don't look as good as I'd want.
Has there been a remake of 'Please Sir'?
Saw some of these in use on Saturday, very nice. I'll be investing in... a few... soon. Was hoping to order along with the Tigger 2 & some T-35s, but they'll have to wait I guess...
Saw the tigger twos on Saturday and was sorely tempted - even though my 10mm WW2 stuff is all Kursk era. Very imposing beasts! Resisted the temptation ... then bought a pair of KV-2s ... doh!!
I may succumb to ...a couple... of tanks, just to add some ballast to the package...

Hang on - they were available on Saturday? Are they in production? No T-35, were there?
No T35's afaik but yes a pack or two of Tiger IIs.
Talk of the KV-5, Maus and Ratte too.

I'll have to check with Dave on that, as they've not been moulded as far as I knew. The old models are still on the stand though. I'll find out... :-\
That would be handy, I have a substantial order ready to send I could tuck in a Tiger II...
I'm so glad these walls & hedges are in resin... in metal this box would weigh a stone...
Lovely crisp clean castings though. I'd seen the hedges - they were in use by a couple of guys playing Johnny Reb the last couple of meetings of the club I go to - but the walls are lovely too. I think I'll add a bit of flock to the hedges to make them look more... organic.
