28mm plastic figures from HaT Industrie, their French Light Infantry. The kind of conversion I like, just a paint job :D

Nice
Had never considered that the French would still have an Irish regiment (although the 1789 Irish Rebellion should have been a clue. :)) Don't know the period very well so no idea how much artistic license you took - personally I think they look great! Very nice work.
Lovely stuff !

Very spiffy!
Thanks for the comments comrades.
The regiment was established in 1803 as the Legion Irlandaise, renamed the 3rd foreign regiment in 1809. They fought right through to 1814 when they joined the Bourbons on the restoration. The regiment did not take part in the Waterloo campaign but swore allegiance to Napoleon on his return. Napoleon restored their 'Irish' title but the regiment did not regain its green uniforms. Finally disbanded by the Bourbons in 1815 on the second restoration.

Very nice and it just shows what can be achieved with plastic figures.

Fantastic, I like the HaT proportions.
Thanks for the comments guys, pity HaT didn't finish the range.
