How big are the warehouses?

Working from memory the Medium Warehouse is about 6"x3", the main doorway is just fractionally too low to drive a Pendraken Matilda through...

Thanks Forbes - will ping you an email...

The large warehouses are pretty big - I would think about 12" x 5"ish?

I'll measure them later tonight if you like

The medium warehouse is rather nice if a bit empty, and the church is an absolute beauty. The apartment blocks need the inner floors trimmed for easy removal (I'm using individually based 10mm minis for Chain of Commnad, so they're easily bounced around!), but look good. The resin feels very hard & brittle, but I haven't broken anything yet! The broken roof illustrated does look as I'd expect this stuff to break. I intend to break off a few bits from some of the duplicates I have, to make a bit of variety, but I'm scared to try in case it just shatters!

Sadly, we see plenty of examples of buildings from war zones on TV these days, and these look the part.

Cheers!

:o ;)

Steven Adams, a Kiwi playing in the NBA, found out recently that monkey is not a word you want to use when referring to Americans 'of color'

Cheeky Monkey is a reference to behaviour not race or skin colour.

So it may possibly be a mild insult but would need to be considerably more targeted to be racist.

I'm sure the makers of Cheeky Monkey nursery rugs certainly hope so :)

The same applies in NZ but apparently not in the US

Course I'm not a monkey, more like a Rhino - very thick skinned.

Got my factory & block of flats, very nicely packaged, but unfortunately the factory suffered a little battle damage anyway... However, it was all mended in a minute, and confirmed my opinion that this resin is hard but brittle, and breaks very cleanly and superglues back together seamlessly...

Nik, what was the little length of wall that came with it? I can't see anywhere it's broken off of, it looks like a separate (and quite useful...) piece.

Sorry that you had a break there, Wolf  :( Glad you could fix it ok...

I think that bit is actually a chimney - three's a recess at one end of the building...

It is indeed - makes a bettwe wall than a chimney, given there's no detail on one side, and nothing inside the building to provide smoke!

Not a problem though, I intend to add some details inside, and the chimney mended as easily as a bit of the wall did...

As an atheist I have to disagree. As an architecture nut, I find churches tempting, admittedly.

Just for the record, yup, definitely very brittle: managed to knock a chunk out of the church when I was giving it a good rub with a toothbrush!  #-o

Superglued back in fine though  #:-S  ;)
