Title: Starting Perry 28mm Battle in a box for a small table
Post by: Norm on 22 May 2016, 09:18:49 AM
I am starting a project of putting my 28mm Perry ACW battle in a Box together, with a view to getting a 28mm game onto a smallish table.

I will be doing a number of posts that will look at the Perry box from a 'starter set' perspective, so using the Perry rules and looking at painting times etc.

The first blog post can be found HERE.

Hi Norm,

That's great and I will keep track of your blog site.  I have the same box and have a similar plan (amongst many for this year).

I have a few extra buildings and have been building fences in both wood and stone for the battlefields.

Cheers and look forward to your updates.

Scott

I wish you a good start and much joy! For smallish tables with 28mm figures, I would personally go with Neil Thomas 19th century rules. A work of beauty.
